Just as its title suggests, the most primarily affects citizens, so don’t expect to see major improvements when it comes to followers. Immersive Citizens is an ambitious mod that aims to overhaul the AI of most of the game’s NPCs and make them react to situations in a more realistic manner.
NPCs, in particular, are notoriously easy to exploit due to their terrible artificial intelligence. Skyrim’s AI was pretty bad when the game launched back in 2011, and it hasn’t gotten much better since.
